As each Dallas-Fort Worth roof is finished, we ask the homeowner or building owner for a review and add it here. Reviews are shown exactly as written, trimmed only for length, with a first name and city.

A review tells you how one job went. These tell you how every job goes.
- A written, itemized estimate. Every free estimate is measured on site and lists panels, trim, flashing, underlayment and labor as separate lines, so you can compare it with any other bid.
- Our own crews. The people who form the panels and the people who install them work for us. Your estimator can tell you who will be on your roof.
- Panels formed in house. Standing seam panels and most trim are run on our own equipment, which is why we can match a hip cap or a wall flashing to your roof instead of a stock part. See how on the installation process page.
- A lifetime limited warranty in writing. Standing seam roofs we install carry our lifetime non-prorated limited warranty on material and labor. The warranties page explains it in plain English, including what voids it.
- Photos of finished work. The projects page shows roofs we installed, with the panel and color named. No stock photos.
References on request
Ask your estimator for references. With the customer’s permission we will put you in touch with a homeowner or building owner who had a similar roof system installed, so you can hear how the job went from start to finish.
We also welcome a visit to a roof in progress when a job is under way near you. Seeing the seams, clips and flashing go on tells you more than any brochure.

- We do not edit the wording beyond trimming for length, and we do not pay for reviews.
- If a review reports a problem, we call the customer first and fix it. The review stays up.
- Google and other third-party review links will be added here as those profiles go live.

Star counts alone say little. When you compare metal roofing contractors in Dallas-Fort Worth, read for the details that only a real customer would know.
- The estimate. Did the price on the final invoice match the written estimate? A reviewer who mentions the itemized proposal saw how the company works.
- The crew. Who showed up, how long the job took, and whether the same people were there from the first day to the last.
- The site. Daily cleanup, protected landscaping, a magnet sweep for screws and clips at the end.
- The paperwork. A signed warranty certificate, finish warranty registration and a final walkthrough before the last payment.
- The follow-up. What happened when the reviewer called back with a question six months later.
Five reviews that use the same wording with different names are a warning sign on any site. So is a page of praise with no photos of the work behind it.

How do I leave a review for Permanent Metal Roofing Systems?

Are the reviews on this page real?
Yes. Every review here came from a customer, and we can show the original message on request. We do not write, buy or trade reviews, and the page shows nothing when there is nothing real to show.
Can I talk to a past customer before I sign?
Ask your estimator for references. With the customer’s permission we will put you in touch, usually with a homeowner who had a similar roof system installed.
What if something is wrong with my roof after the install?
Call (469) 466-2421. Standing seam roofs we install carry our lifetime non-prorated limited warranty on material and labor, and our own crew comes back to look. The warranties page explains each layer of coverage.
Do you respond to reviews?
We read every one. If a review raises a problem, we contact the customer directly to fix it rather than argue in public. If a review praises a crew member, we pass it along.
Where else can I check your work?
The projects page shows finished roofs with photos, and the standing seam page has a gallery from recent jobs. A written, itemized estimate from a free visit is the clearest look at how we work.
